per session based upon need and frequency
Supervision is available towards licensure and post licensure.

Anthem BCBS of CO and VA,
Aetna, United Health Care and Cigna.

Out of Network Reimbursement
Provide a superbill to provide out-of-network documentation for additional reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate: $175 per individual session or based on the insurance contracted rate. Our Billing team can support in giving individual amounts per insurance plan.
